Good to know
Every event is different, so we believe our pricing should be as well. Several factors come into play when deciding pricing, like location, event type, date, time, and number of players. Fill out the booking form for a free personalized quote within 24 hours.
Every booking covers delivery, full setup, three hours of play, a host who runs the games and leaderboard the whole time, and complete teardown. Extra hours and other add-ons can be added. We'll lay it all out in your quote before you commit to anything.
To operate indoors, we need at least 12′ wide, 10′ deep, and 10′ high. For outdoor events, we need 13′ wide, 16′ deep, and 10′ high. Send us a picture of your venue if you're unsure at goateegolf@gmail.com.
Both. Garages, ballrooms, warehouses, backyards, patios — you name it. If there's a standard outlet nearby and reasonably hard, level ground, we can set up.
Most of our guests don't. The formats are built so everyone has a chance — closest to the pin can be from any distance, so it's anyone's game, and our host can help with everyone's swing. Beginners routinely beat the "real" golfers, which is half the fun.
Anywhere in the Phoenix metro and surrounding areas. Travel within 25 miles is included. Beyond that, we charge a small travel fee of $1 per mile, which we'll confirm when booking your event. Overnight stays are subject to additional per diem fees. Planning a multi-day event or something farther away? Send us a message for a custom quote.
Weekends go first, so two to four weeks ahead is the sweet spot. If your event is sooner than that, email us and we'll try our best to make it work.
We move indoors — a garage or covered patio works great. If there's no cover available and the weather is severe, you can reschedule up to six months from your original date, or take a full credit toward a future booking. Calling it off due to mild weather conditions will follow the standard cancellation terms in our deposits & cancellations policy.
Yes. A host stays from setup to teardown — running contests, keeping score, and keeping the line moving so you never have to think about it.
About 45 minutes to set up and an hour for teardown. We arrive ahead of your start time so everything is inflated, calibrated, and ready before your first guest walks in.
Yes. Right- and left-handed sets, as well as kids clubs, are available as an add-on, or your guests are welcome to bring their own. Just mention it in your request and we'll include it in your quote.
Plans change — we get it. Rescheduling is easiest: your deposit and balance always move to the new date, with no rescheduling fee 72+ hours out, $100 under 72. Cancel 24+ hours out and your balance is refunded, the deposit becoming a 12-month booking credit. Under 24 hours isn't refundable. Full terms are on the deposits & cancellations page.
Nothing is charged when you send a request. We confirm your date within 24 hours and send a simple invoice — pay by credit card, debit, bank transfer, or digital wallet, however's easiest. A 50% deposit secures your date at booking; it's non-refundable, but carries forward to a new date rather than being lost. The full balance is due 7 days before the event.
